Project summery
Expanding Minds built and currently manages the CMS website for G.W. Peoples Contracting, Co., Inc. The site’s specific information pages are in conjunction with 30+ project pages. Each page showcases the project scope and deliverables. The site also lists over 40 national certifications held by the firm.
Implementation
In 2017 the organization changed hands and managed the site internally. In January of 2023, Expanding Minds was again contracted to audit and update site design and function to prepare for the new business model. Despite the internal shift that occurred, Expanding Minds’ ability to produce a quality product positioned our firm to be re-engaged when it came time to implement the site refresh.
Expanding Minds has created a copy document for all the pages and has met with the organization’s president and marketing executives
to determine the look and function based on the expanded mission. In addition, we have benchmarked existing competitors and are researching and crafting software features that will elevate their presence within their industries’ digital marketplace.
We are excited about the opportunity to build an efficient and effective solution reflective of their organization’s unique position as the nation’s only national MBE railroad construction company.
